1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Shok-IS Service for any of the following purposes:
- Illegal activities or activities that violate applicable law in your jurisdiction
- Processing personal data of children under 13 without verified parental consent
- Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Development of surveillance systems targeting individuals without their knowledge or consent
- Weapons development, military applications, or activities regulated by export control laws
- Any application designed to deceive, defraud, or harm end users
2. API Abuse
The following API behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
- Automated credential stuffing, brute-force, or enumeration attacks against the API
- Deliberate attempts to exceed rate limits through distributed requests or multiple accounts
- Scraping, extracting, or reverse-engineering model weights, training data, or proprietary algorithms
- Reselling or sublicensing API access without a signed reseller agreement
- Sharing API keys across multiple legal entities or organisations
3. Data Submission Rules
When submitting data to the prediction API, you represent that:
- You have a valid legal basis under UK GDPR / EU GDPR to process any personal data contained in input vectors
- You have obtained necessary consents or established legitimate interests for the processing purpose
- You will not submit special category personal data (health, biometric, genetic data) without a signed DPA and explicit consent from data subjects
- You will not submit financial account numbers, payment card data, or government identification numbers via the API
4. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning notice via registered email
- Temporary rate limiting or API access suspension
- Permanent account termination without refund
- Legal action where violations constitute criminal offences under English law
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of the Shok-IS platform that violates this policy, please report it to contact@shok-intelligence.com. All reports are treated confidentially.
